As a Commercial Real Estate Professional, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions and providing strategic advice to clients in the commercial real estate market. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial property types, market dynamics, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and tenants. Understand their needs and financial objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Property Valuation: Assess the value of commercial properties using income capitalization, comparable sales, and cost approaches.
  • Transaction Management: Manage buying, selling, leasing, and financing of properties. Negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling, calculate ROI, cash flow projections, and risk assessment.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop strategies to showcase properties using online platforms and targeted outreach.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate property inspections, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic investment and portfolio optimization advice.
  • Industry Networking: Build a strong network with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and appraisers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment analysis, or asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CoStar, ARGUS, LoopNet, MLS).
  • Deep understanding of commercial property types (land, office, retail, industrial, multifamily).
